Burgard's +2A-Arm Kit...
  • Burgard's A-Arms are constructed from 4130 chromoly tubing and features adjustable chamber. The set comes with balljoints, tie rods, and bushings.


Burgard's A-Arm kit Installation

1) Remove the front bumper, then raise the front end up off the ground. To allow the suspension to fully extend. Once the front end is safely off the ground remove the shock. 2)After unbolting the brake line from the upper A-arm, loosen the upper & lower ball joints, but don't remove from spindle yet.

3) Loosen the tie rod and remove. NOTE: The top nut is a reverse thread. 4)Now remove the nuts holding the ball joints, and gently tap the ball joints out of the spindle.

5)Now you have the spindle & wheel assembly free, set aside and remove the a-arms from the frame. 6)Install the new A-arms to the frame.

7)Now set the new A-arms & ball joints into the spindle and tighten loosely. 8)Reinstall the shock and tie rod.Repeat the process on the other side

9)Once both sides are done lower the ATV to the ground for wheel realignment.
