Meguiar's
becomes Official Car Care Product of NHRA Summit
Sport Compact Drag Racing Series
Meguiar's,
makers of an array of popular car care products, has
reached a multi-year agreement to become the official
car care product of the NHRA Summit Sport Compact Drag
Racing Series.
The
10-race series, which will be televised on ESPN2,
kicks off its second season April 13-14 at Gainesville
Raceway with the second annual NHRA Sport Compact
Nationals.
"Fifty
years after starting NHRA, Wally Parks' original dream
of providing a safe haven for street racers has been
reborn in the NHRA Summit Sport Compact Drag Racing
Series," said Barry Meguiar, president of

this series because it is a wonderful opportunity to
pass our passion for fast cars on to the next
generation, along with responsibility of doing it
safely."
Meguiar's

of the first things about you notice about a sport
compact event is the car show atmosphere throughout
the entire event," said Bob Wagner, NHRA vice
president of sales and business development.

perfect fit for the series."
