for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold
you liable for any of this $50.00, extremegarage.com/choiceracingproducts/ will
cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. extremegarage.com/choiceracingproducts/
will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at extremegarage.com/choiceracingproducts/ while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit
card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with
its reporting rules and procedures.

Return Policy: •
Choice Racing Products
offers a 30 day return policy. Please call 602-908-6911 or e-mail
our Returns Department at returns@Choice Racing Products.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before
shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted
without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following
information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name,
invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original
boxes and packing materials. Packing slip must be included with all
returned items.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Choice Racing Products
will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange
item(s).
Choice Racing Products strongly recommends you fully insure your
return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and you use a carrier
that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the
original box and packing it arrived in, notify Choice Racing Products
immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Choice Racing Products
within 30 days from the invoice date, at Choice Racing Product's
discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. No
exchanges or returns on merchandise that has been installed or used.
•Shipping Policy•
The majority of our packages ship out via UPS and the
charges are automatically calculated, on qualifying shipments, for
your review while shopping our web store. Please note that UPS does
not guarantee 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipments outside of the
continental USA. Any shipping guarantees are made exclusively
through UPS and not Choice Racing Products.
The available shipping methods are as follows:
- UPS Ground - estimated shipping time is 4-7
business days from the date of pickup.
- UPS 3 Day Select - estimated shipping time is 3
business days from the date of pickup.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - estimated shipping time is 2
business days from the date of pickup.
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. - estimated shipping time
is 2 business days (by Noon) from the date of pickup.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver - estimated shipping
time is Next business day (by 3:00 P.M.) from the date of
pickup.
- UPS Next Day Air - estimated shipping time is
Next business day (by 10:30 A.M.) from the date of pickup.
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. - estimated
shipping time is Next business day (by 8:30 A.M.) from the date
of pickup.
- Truck Freight - estimated shipping time is 5-10
business days from the date of pickup. Freight charges are not
automatically calculated on truck freight shipments. A rate
quote will be calculated and we will email you for your approval
prior to shipping your order.
